Purpose:
To appoint the Assistant Director Finance, as
the Council’s shareholder representative in respect of
Cumbria County Holdings Limited
Decisions:
The Chief Executive presented a report which asked Cabinet to consider Council representation in respect of Cumbria County Holdings Limited.
The report followed a review of arrangements for governance in respect of Cumbria County Holdings Limited.
RESOLVED,that
(1) the Assistant Director Finance, Julie Crellin, be appointed as shareholder representative on behalf of the Council as shareholder of Cumbria County Holdings Limited;
(2) Alan Ratcliffe, Assistant Director -Business Services be appointed as deputy shareholder representative;
(3) consent be given to Cumbria County Holdings Limited appointing Julie Crellin, Assistant Director - Finance and Alan Ratcliffe, Assistant Director – Business Services, as shareholder representative and deputy respectively for both Orian Solutions Limited and Cumbria Waste Management Limited.
