Brampton & Beyond Community Trust Transfer of Land at the Irthing Centre, Brampton

 

 

Cabinet has previously approved the transfer of part of the site to the Trust under Wellbeing powers but excluded part of the site intended for the development of extra care housing.  The Trust have now requested the transfer of the whole site on the basis that they will contract to provide the extra care housing within five years
