Consultees Consultation with stakeholders for a replacement HWRCs for both Clay Flatts HWRC, Workington and Yeathouse Quarry HWRC, Frizington has taken place over a long period of time. This has included a workshop and several meetings held with officers from Allerdale and Copeland District Councils, Shanks Waste Management, Cumbria Waste Management, Copeland Local Committee and Allerdale Local Committee. Since the Cabinet decision to develop a HWRC at Lillyhall (28th April 2011) we have been in discussion with Allerdale Local Committee.
