(NEW) Health and Social Wellbeing System Development

The report will set out the detail of the Health and Social Wellbeing System to be delivered in Cumbria from the 1st April 2016. The aim of the system is to support people in Cumbria to live well, by addressing the factors that influence their health and well-being, and build their capacity to be independent, resilient and maintain good health for themselves and those around them.

The report builds upon the report to Cabinet in December 2013 and the further development of an Integrated Wellbeing Service.
