Cumbria HeadStart Phase 3 2016-2021

Cumbria’s Big Lottery Funded HeadStart Programme was considered by Cabinet on 24th July 2014. That paper covered both the initial project (phase 2) and also the authorisation by Cabinet to submit a ‘bid’ for phase 3 (now referred to as our HeadStart Strategy and Implementation Plan)

Tthe outcome of the application is expected to known  by the end of May, along with notification of funding amounts.  Success means that contracts would then need to be awarded.  At this point that Cabinet will need to consider the proposed programme.
