To agree the transfer of the Land at Nenthead Mine to the Nenthead Mines Conservation Society on a freehold basis.

To agree the transfer of the Frizington Youth Centre to the Phoenix Youth Project on a long lease (25 years) with an option to convert to a freehold transfer (subject to conditions)
