Temporary Closure of Household Waste Recycling Centres

This decision is to agree to close the 14 household waste recycling centres (HWRCs) in line with the government direction announced on the evening of 23.03.2020 that people stay in their own homes other than for a small number of critical permitted activities.

 

Once agreed this decision would be implemented by an instruction to our contractor Renewi Ltd and their sub-contractor Cumbria Waste Management.
