Sandgate School by the addition of 40 places was undertaken by the
school’s governors during the summer term 2020. Governors
considered the response to consultation and subsequently published
a statutory notice formally proposing the increase in places. The
publication of this notice triggered a 4-week ‘representation
period’, during which any interested party could submit their
views.
