competent to deliver road marking schemes on the highway. The
approved list will be used primarily to deliver road markings for
traffic regulation orders, road safety schemes or to renew worn out
markings within the Allerdale, Carlisle and Copeland districts (The
future Cumberland Unitary Authority.)
