Permission for Cumbria County Council to award the contract for an Adults and Children’s ICT Case Management System on behalf of Westmorland and Furness Shadow Authority. To ensure day 1 continuity, Cumbia County Council acting as contracting authority for a four-year term (2 years plus two optional 12-month extensions) (2 + 1 + 1) with the contract then transferring to Westmorland & Furness.
